Certain shipments must be sent in compliance with various guidelines. That includes documentation, packaging, training, and transport regulations.
The problem: Most shipping companies only take care of delivery and don’t check compliance with these regulations. This is hardly surprising, as the responsibility lies with you as the business manager and not with the logistics company. If accidents or injuries occur due to incorrect packaging, for example, you could quickly face heavy fines.
To be on the safe side, always have your documentation checked by a professional. This way, you avoid the risk of heavy financial penalties during inspections.
If you ship sensitive goods, they must be packaged according to regulation. And your employees have to have the training for this. Make sure that your provider carefully checks that the legal requirements are met.
As the business manager, you’re always liable if something goes wrong during transport. Unless you choose a provider who assumes responsibility for you!

Whether it’s transport by land, air, or sea, we work with various shipping service providers. Depending on the goods to be shipped and the delivery time, we work with you to decide on the right shipping method. We do this for both one-time and regularly recurring deliveries. Of course, we also guarantee compliance with all transport regulations.
As trained freight forwarders, we’re familiar with the documentation requirements. We check all your documents to ensure problem-free transport.
There are packaging regulations for every type of hazardous material that specify who is allowed to package it and how it must be packaged. We are familiar with all of these regulations and will show your employees exactly what they need to pay attention to. If necessary, we can provide instructions by video call. If your employees do not meet the training requirements, we can package the products at your location.
According to the law, even if you outsource shipping to a logistics company, your employees still have to be trained. We’ll take care of that for you too.
But it’s important to us not to overload your employees with unnecessary training. That’s why we only train your employees to ensure that all legal requirements for training regulations are met.
For worldwide shipping, deliveries have to be documented for customs purposes. We will check this for you as well. This minimizes the risk of your deliveries getting stuck in customs somewhere.
If you ship large quantities of hazardous materials, you may also be legally required to appoint a hazardous materials officer. We can take care of this for you at your request.
We take care of training, shipping, and responsibility. However, if you already work with a training provider, for example, we’re happy to take care of the rest.
